Ok so "bad teachers" are the new "welfare Cadillacs" Its interesting that all these "bad teachers" all happen to be veterans who just happen to cost more.
ReplyDeleteWorse since a school is a community how can you pin the success of one student on one teacher? Time being finite it is possible that one teacher can increase their test scores at the expense of other teachers. This is why so many schools are mention dropping every course that does not have high stakes testing.
Bottom line these moves are an attempt to strong arm politics into the school system. Not make it better.
